The successful candidate should be comfortable working with ambiguity and change where markets are evolving.Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years' business to business direct sales experience preferably in the electrical / tools / PPE / sector.
A proven sales track record in the electrical sector is preferred.Experience of launching into new markets, channels or customer segments, including online sales, distributor networks or partnership models.Experience of working in a fast-paced or scaling business environment, where adaptability, initiative and a practical "roll your sleeves up" approach are important.
